What It Is
Programmed To Challenge You. Coached To Support You.
Every Fit Club session is thoughtfully programmed to both challenge and support you. We combine a dynamic mix of kettlebells, free weights, bodyweight movements, TRX, and more — intentionally designed to develop power, endurance, and functional strength. With small class sizes, you will never get lost in the crowd. Our trainers take the time to get to know you, offering personalized modifications and adjustments that help you move safely while pushing your limits.
Why It Works
What You Get From Group Personal Training
A Coach Who Knows Your Name
Classes cap at 16. Your coach knows your goals, your history, and what you are working around — and programs your modifications accordingly.
Full-Body Programming
Kettlebells, free weights, bodyweight movements and TRX in one 60-minute block, built to develop power, endurance and functional strength together.
You Set The Pace
Fit Club is a group-based team environment, and we will always encourage you to work at your own pace. Brand new or years in, the session meets you where you are.

Getting Started
How Group Personal Training Works
01
Book Your First Visit
A first visit is a 15–20 minute goal-setting session. We sit down with you to understand where you are, where you want to go, and how we can help you get there.
02
Reserve Your Session
Pick a time from the weekly schedule and reserve your spot. Classes run mornings and evenings Monday through Friday, plus Saturday mornings.
03
Show Up And Train
Wear something you can move in, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early. Your coach handles the rest of the hour.
