The terms define the legal framework governing interactions between EA Fit Club and members/visitors. These terms are tailored to our group personal training services and are designed to protect both the studio and our members.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EA Fit Club’s services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Services

EA Fit Club offers group personal training, personal training, and related fitness services. Membership is subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Payment & Billing

All membership fees are due as agreed at the time of enrollment. By providing payment information, you authorize EA Fit Club to charge the applicable fees. Refund policies are subject to the terms of your specific membership agreement.

4. Health & Safety

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risk. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in group training activities. You agree to inform your coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before class.

EA Fit Club is not responsible for injuries sustained during training. We strongly recommend consulting your physician before beginning any fitness program.

5. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to treat all staff and fellow members with respect. EA Fit Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with our community values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the EA Fit Club website — including text, images, logos, and programming — is the property of EA Fit Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from EA Fit Club. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Neither EA Fit Club nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EA Fit Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or facilities.

9. Changes to Terms

EA Fit Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
